Update to latest `create-guten-block` release

Since this repository has not been actively maintained for a few months, there may have been changes to the create-guten-block package. Ensure the CC plugin is running the latest version of create-guten-block code by following the upgrade instructions.

Hello! I may have misunderstood something, but it seems the repository is already in the latest version of create-guten-block.

create-guten-block installs cgb-scripts as dependency it is already set to the latest version.

package.json: { "dependencies": { "cgb-scripts": "1.23.1" } }
