Max file size on Chapter sites is too low #10

I'm trying to import a Wordpress importer file on my beta site, testing the new chapters site. That file is about 4Mb bit, but the max file size on the chapter site is 1Mb.

It was Wordpress network configuration, now the limit is 10MB
