Split out in to add_theme_support modules #1

Make it cleaner and leaner by providing the option to add theme support.

Enables theme developer to decide which modules to enable.

Similar to: https://github.com/roots/soil

Consider a add_theme_support('wp-clean-all'); for simple usage.
