Theme Options with ACF #217

I use ACF a lot, it would be nice to be able to use the Theme Options page in ACF instead of the native WP Customizer.

Consider making all the theme options as a JSON file which can be used with ACF Pro if it is installed.

Not keen on this idea anymore. We will continue to use ACF Options on a per-site basis for options that are specific to that website. All Tofino based options will continue to be in Customizer.
