Get FreeBase API Key #5

Understand how to get the API key.

  1. Go to the Google Developers Console, https://console.developers.google.com
  2. Start a new project
  3. Go in the section "APIs & auth" --> "APIs"
  4. Search for FreeBase and turn it on
  5. Go to "APIs & auth" --> "Credentials"
  6. Create new Key
  7. Select "Browser type"
  8. Leave the box for authorized domains empty

Now you are done. Wait a bit and it will work ;-)

I guess you could also create a server key and instead leave the IP restriction field empty.

Ciao everyone,

I apologize I am running very late today. I had to pass by my office for some unavoidable paperwork. I think this is gonna take a while. Secondly, I also have to teach from 2 to 5pm. So, it won’t make sense that I come only for an hour or so.

So, I am skipping today. I will however catch up with Github folder and other conversation. I can work later today on this. If there is something which is specifically for me, please sign me up for that, I will do that later today. I already updated my files that I was working yesterday.
