With 8.2+ version of Hapi, route plugins are now in the settings property of it.

This should fix #15

Travis build failed but I don't see any conf file for it, so it's trying to find some rake files, which I don't think are related to my PR.

Any chances this will be merged soon? Thanks.

I added a travis file and fixed some configuration to make it work. Now that everything green, could you merged it? Thanks
