What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a spreadsheet that is utilizing 5 columns (with headers on 4 of the 5)
2. Create a datasource url that utilizes headers
3. Use a custom layout that does not specify one of the columns
4. Run in a Presentation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
4 Columns should appear in the Presentation, but instead an error is generated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

In addition to fixing this, I'm going to change it so that if an image is shown
on the Pop Up Card, its URL is not also shown in the Directory listing.
