Color condition change for green should be rgb(0,255,0)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a Spreadsheet gadget and specify a column with color conditions
2. Note the shade of green. this can cause problem for darker backgrounds in 
terms of readability.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Changed color condition in default CSS as well as all sample layouts.
