Historical data cleared just before market open and just after market close

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Financial Chart Gadget in a Presentation at around 5PM.
2. Some of the stocks seem to lose their historical data around this time.
3. I've also seen this happen just before market open (guessing somewhere 
around 9AM). It comes back again after the markets open.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Gadget doesn't show anything because there is no historical data coming 
back.
