Hopefully the translations make sense, but I have no way of knowing.

Sorry, I didn't volunteer right away to confirm translations for Russian, but
they need to be edited. А wind range is better represented with a dash, "в"
isn't the right translation in this case. Otherwise you would have to include
an additional word before the first number in the range, something like "от 3
до 5". Again, it's ok to display as "3 - 5" for simplicity.
Also, for kilometers an hour please use an abbreviation, similar to other
languages. It should be "км/ч".
What other strings did you have to translate?

Wind is not a range. Wind is represented as "Wind E at 6kph" or "Wind S at
3mph". Can you give me translations for these? Thx.

Russian letter for "West" looks pretty much the same as number "3", and that
was caused my confusion. So, "Ветер З в 5 километров в
час" wouldn't be interpreted correctly.
Here's what it should look like for each combination of wind direction and
speed:
Wind N at 5 kmh
Ветер северный, 5 км/ч
Wind S at 5 kmh
Ветер южный, 5 км/ч
Wind W at 5 kmh
Ветер западный, 5 км/ч
Wind Е at 5 kmh
Ветер восточный, 5 км/ч
And when there's a combination, then the conventional way to display would be:
NW
северо-западный
NE
северо-восточный
SW
юго-западный
SE
юго-восточный
Hope this helps!

As per the journal, this is still nto totally correct, but we are bumping it
down to Low priority to tackle later.
As per Mark: Mark: If I understood Donna correctly, we only translate
“Wind” and the “kph” part. And the direction of the wind already comes
translated as one letter abbreviation. Ideally, we would translate “W” as
“западный” and not as “З”. And the same for the rest of these
abbreviations, of course. The conventional way to display NW bound wind, for
example, is not “СВ”, but “северо-восточный”.
