Last Price shown is not always accurate after market closes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an index to the Financial Table
2. Run Presentation on a Display until well after market closes
3. Compare Last Price with financial websites to compare last price/close price

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Last Price should match the closing price, Instead, the values can be 
different.  For example, my display currently shows a last price of 13333.43 in 
the .DJI.  The .DJI closed at 13333.35 yesterday

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I have made the necessary changes to Financial server on Sep 18. Once Donna 
changes the chart as discussed bug 373 should be fixed in Chart. Please create 
new bug or reassign to Donna.
