Weekly data from the HIstorical data server does not always return 5 days of data #741

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Financial Chart Gadget to a Presentation.
2. Choose to display the weekly chart.
3. Preview the Presentation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The chart does not always display a full week, because the data server does not 
always return a full week's worth of data.
If I run chart on a Thursday morning, I would expect to have data returned from 
the previous Thursday until the following Wednesday. When markets open, I would 
expect to have data returned from the previous Friday until today (Thursday).

Something is still strange. The first day starts at 9:30AM and only goes until 
12:30PM. Subsequent days start at 5:30AM and also go until 12:30PM, while today 
has data starting at 7:00AM even though markets haven't opened yet.

Even daily chart is not working now. Data is being returned from 9:30AM until
