RSS Gadget may show cached entries #748

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add RSS Gadget to a Presentation with this feed: 
http://bbainfo.com/category/announcements/feed
2. Compare the feed with what is shown on the Display
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Notice that the the Gadget shows entries that are several days old, while the 
feed itself has a lot newer entries

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Backed out changes for returning historical entries which was the original fix 
for this issue. I tried the feed and it works fine, so I'm guessing Google has 
stopped caching it.

Tested http://pcc256.blogspot.ca//feeds/posts/default which also works no 
problem with the backed out changes.
