Displays that use the Company Address show the Address as blank in the CSV report #769

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put a Presentation on your Displays that use the Company address.
2. Run a report after those Displays have been running Presentations with 
logged instruments for a few days.
3. Notice that the address information does not show up for those Displays.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Address should show for Displays that use the Company address, as well as 
ones that do not use the Company address.

Already fixed in the Core but you won't be able to verify it until the new Core 
is deployed to production. See email.

The Core that this is corrected with with be deployed with Email Campaign.

Changing this back to fixed as it relies on something that is part of the new 
Player 2 Core and cannot be deployed until then.
