Premium Video Displays from the Production environment do not show more than 1 instance of logging a premium instrument. #771

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add 2 instruments that are being logged to a Presentation running on a
production Display.
2. Let the Display run for a few days, verify you can see the instrument in the
Presentation ( and that it does not show as N/P) and then run the report.
3. Notice that you only see one instance of a premium instrument in the report.
Other instruments that are premium instruments do not appear on teh report,
even though they are showing on the Display.
4. Notice that this does not appear to happen with Displays in the test
environment.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the instrument has logging enabled and is in your Presentation, you should
see it on the report.

I forgot to add to the jing that the instruments JJN, US30YT=XX, and .NG.O also
do not show as playing on Robb - Windows 7 (Production)
(c99ebcae-45e2-4b93-996e-162bf9d0cc51), even though they are clearly playing.

.NG.O is not a premium stock, so this will be marked as a separate bug.

It's likely that the auto sync did not occur before the collection time stopped
for these instruments, and since they are not asking for data on the weekends,
this is why they were not showing up.

Marking this bug as invalid and will continue to test this scenario throughout
the week.
