Running a report with today as the start and end date (so you can see what was logged today) shows no data. #775

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a report with the same day as the start and end date.
2. Notice that the returned report shows no data. If you run a report going 
from yesterday to today, you get data.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you want a report on what was logged today, you should get a report of what 
was logged today.
