Using a Touchscreen to scroll performs poorly when logos are being used. #778

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Financial Gadget to a Presentation
2. Ensure that Logos is one of the fields shown on Display
3. Try to use a touchscreen to scroll through the stocks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scrolling should be smooth.  Instead, what scrolling is there is slow and takes 
a while for it to process it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Changed from using background images to the img tag.
