When you have the Directory and Financial Table Gadgets in the same Placeholder, the touch functionality does not work. #785

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Financial Table and Directory Gadgets to the same Placeholder. 
2. Try to interact with them on a touchscreen, notice it does not work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Gadgets should retain their interactivity when they are in the same 
Placeholder.
