What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to the following URL - 
http://contentfinancial2.appspot.com/data?id=cc12342d-fbcc-4ae7-8c0c-eb0b74bdbf2
3&codes=.NG.O

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Collection times as per the spreadsheet are 9:30 to 16:30. Data server returns 
4:30 to 11:30.
