When you navigate to a letter that has no values, going to All, or another letter shows no values

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Directory Gadget to a Presentation
2. Run on a Display and navigate to a letter that has no values (such as X in 
my example below)
3. Navigate back to All, or another letter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Going back to All, or another letter should show the appropriate information.  
Instead, it continues to show no info

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Ran for 24+ hours, and through several setting changes in the Gadget. Issue is 
verified.
