Some historical and real-time requests to the data server take too long to respond #809

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Market Wall Presentation -

2. There are timeouts being logged in the console resulting from the data 
server timing out.

The timeouts are not always the same and sometimes there are numerous timeouts, 
sometimes few -

This morning requests for 1M or 3M data are returning internal errors on both 
Production and Test. Not sure if it's related -
