Spreadsheet Gadget scrolls faster when item from cell is removed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Spreadsheet Gadget to a Presentation to a Placeholder with other items 
in it
2. Use a Spreadsheet that is only looking at 1 cell.  Have this cell blank
3. Set the Gadget to scroll horizontally
4. Run on a Presentation (or Preview)
5. Confirm that the Spreadsheet gadget doesn't show in the Playlist
5. Add a value to the Spreadsheet
6. Confirm the Spreadsheet Gadget is showing on a Display
7. Remove that value from the Spreadsheet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After removing the value from the Spreadsheet, Gadget should no longer show in 
the Playlist on the Display.  Instead, the Gadget speeds up the scrolling.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The Gadget can't remove itself from the playlist after it's reported itself as 
Ready. Instead, if the Gadget contains no data, it will show for 5 seconds and 
then Done will be called so that the next Playlist item will play.
