Speed of scroll on financial gadget increases over time #812

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add Financial Table to a Presentation
2. Set the Gadget to scroll continuously at medium speed
3. Run on a Display (have seen in preview as well)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Speed should remain constant and not increase over time.  Instead, the speed 
does increase.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
