What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a Financial Gadget to a Presentation or edit a Financial Gadget on the 
weekend.
2. Notice that when you click on the Stock Selector, an RPC failure comes up 
instantly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should not get the RPC failure at any time.
