PUD broken in Text Scroller gadget #820

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Text Scroller gadget to placeholder, and mark the gadget as PUD.
2. Put 1 - 2 gadgets to play after this gadget.
3. Notice that the PUD setting is ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that PUD would be in effect, when selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue is invalid. The Text Scroller supports PUD, so when you select PUD 
with this Gadget, once it reaches the end of the text that you have entered in, 
it will go to the next item.

The best way to test this is to have another Placeholder in the Presentation 
that has 2 items going for 10 seconds each. Notice that depending on the size 
of the text you have in the Text Gadget, it will take as long as it needs to to 
scroll that entire length of text.
