What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Sports gadget to placeholder, and mark the gadget as PUD.
2. Put 1 - 2 gadgets to play after this gadget.
3. Notice that the PUD setting is ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that PUD would be in effect, when selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Today the NFL only had 2 games, and when we used the Stacked Layout, and the 
Gadget was marked as PUD, it does not proceed past the Sports Gadget:
