PUD broken in Google Spreadsheet gadget #822

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Google Spreadsheet gadget to placeholder, and mark the gadget as PUD.
2. Put 1 - 2 gadgets to play after this gadget.
3. Notice that the PUD setting is ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected that PUD would be in effect, when selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

This is invalid. PUD is not supported when the Gadget is scrolling 
horizontally, but is supported and working as expected when the Gadget is 
scrolling veritically.
