Sometimes, depending on the spreadsheet you use, you can see a quick jump upward or downward when the list is scrolling Continuously in the Down direction. #825

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the Data Source URL listed below to a Presentation, and set the
scrolling to Continuous, and direction to Down.
2. Notice that on some Spreadsheets, once it shows the top text of the row, it
does a quick jump up or down (depending on the volume of the content in the
rown) and then continues scrolling. For some spreadsheets it happens on every
row, for others it happens only once in a while.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Gadget should not skip up or down the way it does.

Here is the spreadsheet where it happens on nearly every line:

An update to this issue, it does not appear to happen when Navigation is set to
None, Top or Bottom.

Also, I've noticed this also happens to the Spreadsheet Gadget while scrolling
continuously.

The fix for this issue was likely rolled back.

I don't see this happening anymore with my Spreadsheet where it was simple to
get to occur before. Marking as invalid.
