What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Interact with the Directory Gadget Pop Up Card functionality on the Windows 
Player, and then leave it for about 5 minutes. Start interacting with it again, 
and sometimes you will notice that the screen goes dark like it thinks it is 
bringing up the POp up card, but it never does. Eventually, sometimes up to 30 
seconds, it will start scrolling and go back to being as bright as before, but 
all further interactions will result in the screen going dark, and the pop up 
card not coming up.
