Directory Gadget does not scroll as smoothly as it could. This may be corrected in newer versions of Chrome/Chromium. #830

As per Donna's journal update on the 25th:

Donna - OK, I did some testing and was trying to find some correlation between 
image size vs. Placeholder size. I’m not able to really definitively find 
such a correlation, though some image and Placeholder sizes have no problem 
with scrolling with other’s have poor scroll quality. Here are my results -

What this does tell me though is that there isn’t anything wrong with the 
implementation of scroll and I don’t think I should keep trying to find a 
solution because I don’t think that there is one.

We will continue to test this with newer versions of Chrome to see if the 
situation improves. We will be doing this every system test.

This appears to be invalid now. Even running on my weakest machine, Directory 
runs exactly as expected; Pop up cards respond, no delay in scrolling, no delay 
in updates, and responds to all touches.
