Returns SSL warning

Then error if the warning ignored:

Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

To the maintainers: this repository should probably be updated with a link to the new repository in the README and then it should be archived.
