[Bug] Not able to compile #27

Steps to reproduce

Installed node version 16.13.1 ran npm install

Got dependencies conflicts and issues.

What is expected?

I shall be able to compile and run dashboard

What is actually happening?

Build errors and dependecnies mismatch

outdated dependencies...i somehow manage to hack my way around it but i think the package.json needs to be updated for angular 16.13.1. I am also concerned that this repo is not being maintained, I dont want to start developing on this and then get into some issue later on.
