[Feature Request] Make cookies optional #5

What is your enhancement?

For the privacy-conscious, it would be preferable not to store cookies, especially for just the sidebar state. Adding a check to see if the js-cookie class exists around that functionality would let us disable the use of cookies gracefully by simply not including js.cookie.js in the HTML.
