Steps to reproduce

Resize window to less than 768px wide
Hover over any dropdown and try to mouse down to the menu
What is expected?

Active area of menu is large enough that mouse can be moved from toggle to menu.

What is actually happening?

Menu disappears once mouse leaves toggle.
