bootstrap table shows twice on page load #68

when opening the bootstrap-table.html example, the table is rendered twice - once without the styling and then with the styling and controls. can this be configured to load once only with the styling and controls applied?

Thank you for using our products and sorry for this late response. We have checked for this issue on the LivePreview and also in the user's downloadable archive and it looks good. Please give us more details about this issue. Also, we will ask you to fill the ISSUE_TEMPLATE file for it.
