Steps to reproduce

On desktop, when the left navigation is long enough (for example clicking the Page navigation), there are 2 scroll bars (and they are thick) How to get rid of one of them? and it is possible to make it thinner? What is expected?

there should be 1 scroll bar and if possible, the scrollbar should be thinner
