popper.js missing

Behavior

I just created a new project with the new purchased Material Kit Pro. I have worked with the free version before, encountering no problems at all.

I copied the "starter template" from the Material Kit Pro Documentation and realized that it's not working - several files are claimed missing by the browser. In comparison to the example pages that are attached to the pro kit, I found that popper.js for example is not included at all. Plus, the paths are different in the downloaded package in comparison to the online documentation pages (assets/js/core does not exist). Has there been an update but the documentation pages have not been updated yet or what do I misunderstand? Is popper.js still needed?

After quite a while searching I found that in some cases my dashboard at creative-tim.com provided an old version of the Material Kit Pro. That's why I had version 1.3.0 downloaded and used on my webserver. This happened twice, but in most cases the current version 2.1.1 was downloaded. I'm not sure if this is a bug on the creative-tim.com website or if this is due to my browser?

System running: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64bit Browser: Vivaldi 2.4.1488.38 64bit
