Update modules #4

Please update paper-kit-pro-angular and its modules to support their current versions, including angular 6, ng-bootstrap 2.x.x and bootstrap 4.1.x.

It has been months now, is it gonna be updated? I wish I would've known this before the purchase. Any updates on this @chelaruc ??
