Really? Your stuff depends on the OS? I thought it was built on Bootstrap.

Again, Bootstrap doesn't depend on devices, but Soft UI-Pro does.

Steps to reproduce

  1. The image in your footer appears above the footer, causing a href links to not work: pattern-lines

    I spent 9 freaking days wondering why it doesn't work.

  2. Modals don't work. No loading of multiple modals. Check out Bootstrap 5 alpha. The code for Modals didn't change. I loaded my site using BS 4.6.0 and my modals triggers load be they links, buttons, and thumbnails. Same code + Soft Pro DOES NOT WORK!!!
  3. My navbar collapse doesn't work - why?? It works with BS 4.6.0

    What is expected?

    That your bootstrap site actually operate like bootstrap. One should be able to plug and play ANY design into the bootstrap framework and expect it work.

I purchased your bundle a few years ago. No problems whatsoever, but this is a completely unacceptable work that cost me a new client.

What is actually happening?

Who knows, it sure as heck ain't bootstrap!!

Solution

Give me my money back. I can't make this work no matter what I throw at it. It cost me 9 days of mess and stress. I'm on MODXcloud which gives me the ability to duplicate various environments and I'm at a loss here as to what to do except I'm never going to buy another design from Creative Tim ever again. Don't worry, bad-mouthingr anyone isn't ever my game.

Thank you for working with our products and we are sorry for this experience.

Soft UI Design System PRO is built on top of Bootstrap 5 and it will not work with some Bootstrap 4 elements such as modals or popovers. We also tested all the components to work as expected.

Can you please give me more details so I can check all the issues and fix them? Where did you find the footer with images over? Also, can you please give me the code for the modals and navbar collapse so I can test them and see what is happening?

Here is an example of our working modals in the live preview: https://demos.creative-tim.com/soft-ui-design-system-pro/sections/attention-catchers/modals.html. Also, the navbar collapse works on all pages and it automatically collapses at the LG (large) breakpoint.
