Issue on the Paginated Tables UI #27

I'm having issues to correctly render the Paginates tables component.

There's no footer(page end) and also the pagination filter doesn't work. The header column also sounds to be duplicated. Please can you investigate?

* EDIT ** Just tried now running with Yarn and everything worked fine! With NPM I had the same Input issue reported on the beginning. Probably some dependencies are different... This should be advised on documentation for customers like me who paid PRO sub...
