tried deleting node modules and doing npm install again but no change

This is the code i found in the jsconfig.json but its reading 9+ errors, wondering where they come from { "compilerOptions": { "baseUrl": "src", "paths": { "": ["public/src/"] } } }

I hadnt failed to try the npm install, now am receiving a compilation error

You just need to install react-scripts using your prefeered package manager, globally.

Anyway, react is not an easy programming language, I advise you to start with something more easy.
