Update to new version of Bootstrap v4.0.0-beta #41

@timcreative any plans on updating this (pro example pages seem to be on v6 alpha)?

@nsomaru Now UI Kit Free (https://www.creative-tim.com/product/now-ui-kit) was update to v4.0.0-beta 1 month ago. Here is the changelog:

## [1.1.0] 2017-08-30 
### Bootstrap 4 Beta 
- Changed the library Tether.js with Popper.js 
- Renamed the old classes from Bootstrap 4 Alpha with the new Bootstrap 4 Beta classes 
- Small bug fixes 
- Added burger menu with sidebar menu for desktop/tablet (used to be only in mobile) 
- Options for regular Bootstrap Collapse Navbar (using class `.bootstrap-collapse` on ``) and Sidebar Collapse Navbar (using class `.css-collapse` on ``)

Glad for the free version, but what about the paid one ? Any plans on updating now-ui-kit-pro with bootstrap 4 beta ?
