Cannot install apllication #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip file
2. open chatpad_installer_amd64.exe
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to follow steps in the installer. Instead I get "error 
getting chatpad filter INF file attributes 0x00000002"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
chatpad_0_0_3a_win7.zip on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Can't get the program to install.

Here are a few questions that might help figure out what's wrong:

Did you unzip all of the files into a folder before running the installer?

Did you run the installer as administrator (right click, run as administrator)?

What CPU do you have (Intel Core 2 Duo, etc.)?
