[Snyk Update] New fixes for 2 vulnerable dependency paths

the referenced marked dependency is only used to generate documentation in the raml-1-parser sub-dependency. A PR for updating the marked dependency has been submitted there, tracking status here: https://github.com/digitalbazaar/bedrock-docs/issues/6
