Add CHAPI Playground Integration Guide to the chapi.io docs
Goal is to provide one consistent place for all documentation. Chapi.io already has some developer docs to teach visitors how to integrate CHAPI into their products. Now, we're adding docs for visitors who already have a CHAPI-enabled issuer/wallet/verifier and would like their product to be integrated into the chapi-playground.
