The example credentials hosted by Chapi Playground have been moved to its own repo https://github.com/credential-handler/vc-examples. Not sure this information about where example credentials can be added/updated should be under Adding contexts to issuers... section or not. But I've put it there for now, let me know if this needs to be moved somewhere else.
This PR also fixes a small endpoint typo that I noticed in the add-playground-faq branch.
