Update styles #2

Added some basic styling to the main page, including:

Simple title and subtitle in page header
"Try the CHAPI Playground" button in page header

Created a simple style for sub-pages. Applied to the license file.

Page shorthand title (with backlink) at top of header

Layouts and styles adapted from the Cayman Theme for GitHub Pages
