Clarify which third-party side & wallets combinations CHAPI targets #43

In my opinion, it would be useful for the chapi.io documentation to have something like the table below:

Wallet Location Third-party Site Location Supported by CHAPI
Native mobile wallet Web browser on the same mobile device as the wallet Yes
Web wallet Web browser on the same device as the web wallet Yes
Native mobile wallet Web browser on a different device as the web wallet No (use other method, like QR code)

I'm not sure the above table is correct, but the key points that it would communicate that:

  1. CHAPI targets communicating with a wallet on the same device
  2. CHAPI doesn't target communicating with a wallet cross-device -> (maybe I'm wrong about this point)
