Fix check script exit code. #80

Refactor to wait for all checks to finish.
Exit with 1 on failure so CI check runs will fail.

@BigBlueHat The time sorting code won't work for checkouts. I think adding all the contexts will work fine? If it's a performance issue in the future this can be revisited.
