Management app: should work on smart phones #10

Update the management app so it can run on more different devices, including smart phones (and not just the Nexus 7 tablet)

Can you please provide an estimate of the amount of time needed to implement this and an estimate when you expect this to be ready?

This consists of two things

  1. Designing a new user interface that works on smaller displays
  2. Fix the activities and fragments to work in this imploded view. Estimate: about 1 - 2 days.

Fixed. Could use some design love at some point, but fully functional.
